Position Overview: Source and close new partners who primarily utilize our Digital Media Services. Develop a deep understanding of the prospect’s industry, company culture, products/services and strategic communication plan in order to assemble a media strategy that meets those needs. Communicate with internal and external partners a professional, efficient manner, including industry organizations in the Digital Media space.


Position Requirements:

  • College degree and 2-5 years of experience
  • Digital media sales experience required, agency new business experience preferred
  • Must have strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Client-facing experience is a must
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Expert user of MS Office products, PowerPoint and proficiency in Salesforce
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Frequent travel – up to 30%
  • Ability to work traditional and non-traditional office hours as needed

Manager, Operations

Position Overview: Serve as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions by helping create tech solutions to meet the client’s needs and support the digital team. As the Manager – Operations you will serve as the “Tagging Architect” by evolving and managing the implementation process from start to finish.


Position Requirements:

  • College degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, Web Development or related) and 2-5 years of experience
  • Understands the basics of digital media, including SEM, Programmatic, Social, etc.
  • Knowledge and skills with HTML5, CSS and JavaScript
  • Knowledge of database and data warehouse – Oracle, SQL Server
  • Hands-on experience with one or more web analytics tools such as Google, Omniture SiteCatalyst, debugging tools and tag management solutions (GTM, Ensighten, Adobe Tag Manager & Tealium)
  • Worked with data manipulation tools (VBA/Excel Macros, SQL, SAS, SPSS, S-Plus, R, etc.)
  • Write SQL queries for data extracts and other data analysis needs
  • Must be very organized and able to balance working on multiple projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex analysis into well-structured and simple to understand recommendations
  • Experience with digital platforms (DSPs, Facebook, Google Ads, etc.) is a plus
  • SaaS Experience is a plus
