Objective:
4FRONT was brought in as a third party to value the sponsors of the Detroit Red Wings via a series of Sponsor Smart™ Valuations and Impact Studies to provide the team with the key findings to communicate the value of their partnerships and opportunities for improvement in the upcoming seasons.

 

Strategy:

  • Development of customized partner valuation statements and presentations utilizing 4FRONT’s proven Sponsor Smart™ Process to deliver fair market valuations and actionable innovation roadmaps to maximize partnership reach with a focus on new assets, ideas and activations
  • Development and execution of a series of Partner Impact Studies surveying fans about Detroit Red Wings partners to show direct correlation between the partnership and key brand performance indicators
  • Dedicated senior level involvement in meetings with partners and ongoing communications & collaboration with the Red Wings’ partnerships team
  • Involvement and support with Partner Summits & strategic planning meetings
  • Ongoing best practice sharing & key learnings (from the industry & other partners)

Results:

With 4FRONT’s findings and recommendations, the Detroit Red Wings were able to renew, retain and grow their team sponsorships by sharing the value of the partner investment and providing new creative platforms to engage fans in Little Caesars Arena, the community and across digital.
