Community Engagement & Marketing Strategy

Objective:
Assist the Milwaukee Admirals in their business operations to spark a new era of Milwaukee Admirals hockey through the creation of a fan community.

Strategy:
• Assessed the state of the organization through a detailed SWOT analysis and developed an actionable plan to help the Admirals operate more efficiently with a specific focus on marketing mix, moving at the speed of digital, staffing and more.
• Focus Areas Included: Fan service and game experience; Position the Admirals as a lifestyle brand, establishing a 365-Day connection with the community education about the Admirals fan and key fan segments; Education about the Admirals fan and key fan segments

Results:
A five-pronged assessment as well as recommendations to help the Admirals better reach and engage fans, while cultivating a culture of excellence off the ice. Also developed and helped the Admirals execute a new marketing campaign around #MILhockey, assisting in the creation of all elements of the campaign including billboards, social graphics, Snapchat filters, and more.
