4FRONT was brought in to create a Fan DNA Report analyzing the demographics, needs and attitudes of two key USA Hockey audiences: their site visitors and CRM list of members & volunteers.
- traffic over a 30-day window and USA Hockey’s unique CRM data list was on-ramped into 4FRONT’s DMP: Oracle BlueKai
- Data-driven analysis of both USA Hockey audiences was conducted focusing on the demographics, needs and attitudes
- Strong audience segments and key audience growth opportunities were identified and then created via third party data sources and analyzed
- Deep dive category prospecting was conducted on key areas ranging from home security to food delivery to technology with specific brands called out with the strongest audience alignment
With 4FRONT’s findings, USA Hockey had new reasons-to-call for key sponsorship conversations and went to market with new storytelling angles having a much stronger idea of the make-up of their audiences and what makes them unique.
